Ann Street Home Struck by Gunfire
On August 4, 2024, at 6:24 a.m., Officers responded to the 800 block of Ann Street after a homeowner discovered that their residence had been struck multiple times by gunfire.
Upon arrival, Officers learned that the shooting may have taken place overnight, shortly after 1:00 a.m. The victim discovered the damage later in the morning.
An additional residence next door appeared to have been struck once by gunfire. A Dodge Durango and a GMC Yukon parked in the driveway as well as a Jeep Wrangler parked in the garage of this residence were struck by gunfire.
No injuries were reported from this shooting.
While conducting a canvass of the area, Officers recovered over 30 spent shell casings in the street.
