Hundreds of police departments use camera company accused of breaking state law

Earlier this morning, Joliet Police detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph D. Johnson (29, Joliet) on six counts of First Degree Murder in connection with the shooting deaths of Joselynn Diaz-Garcia and her 4-year-old son on Sunday, Jan. 25.

Johnson remains hospitalized under police guard at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. Upon his release from medical care, Johnson will be transferred to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

This case remains under active investigation by detectives.
