Thirty tractor drivers and 10 riders chugged along a 41-mile ride through the Will County countryside June 7 as part of the annual Vintage Tractor Ride sponsored by the Will County Threshermen's Association. The route began at the WCTA Show-grounds at Spiess Farm in Manhattan, and with a Will County Sheriff's Police escort, traveled to the Steve Issert Farm in Wilmington for lunch prepared by Brian Kestel and Brian Hennings before heading back.
