NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING, UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

Unit 7-5 in the Windy Hill Farm Condominium, as delineated and defined in the Declaration recorded as document No. R2002-064016, as amended from time to time, together with its undivided Percentage Interest in the Common Elements, in Section 23, Township 35 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois.
