defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

LOT 38 IN JOSEPH SHEA’S SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST 140.00 FEET OF LOT 8, AND THE EAST 140.00 FEET OF LOT 10, IN CURTISS SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 10, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 9, 1959 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 885732, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
