Notice is given to creditors of the death of HERNANDO DEL TORO. Letters of office were issued on August 18, 2025 to MARIA VICTORIA DEL TORO. whose address is 606 E. Benton Street. Joliet, Illinois 60432 as Independent Executor and whose attorney of record is Bruce Zumstein. 54 N. Ottawa Street Suite 360, Joliet, IL 60432.

The estate will be administered without court supervision. unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5.i28-4). any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Room 100, Will County Court House, I 00 W. Jefferson St.. Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before March 1, 2026 or three months from the date of mailing or delivery of this notice if mailing or delivery of notice from the representative is required by section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within IO days after it has been filed.
