The Forest Preserve District of Will County recently launched a redesigned website featuring a fresh look, improved navigation and enhanced mobile performance.

The new website has been reorganized to help visitors find information more quickly, with a streamlined menu, redesigned homepage and upgraded event calendar. Programs, preserves, news, videos and photo galleries are more prominently featured, making it easier for visitors to explore everything the Forest Preserve has to offer.

The website also better connects related content and has been optimized behind the scenes for faster performance across desktop, tablet and smartphone devices.

“This website is a significant improvement, and we’re excited to better leverage our digital content for the millions of nature lovers both inside and outside Will County who rely on our website as a valuable resource,” said Chad Merda, the Forest Preserve’s head of digital marketing engagement/strategy.
