The Joliet Jewish Congregation is proud to announce the appointment of Rabbi Brian Serie as its new spiritual leader. Rabbi Serie joins the congregation to lead its vibrant community into a new chapter of faith, fellowship, and continued dedication.

Rabbi Serie brings extensive experience providing compassionate, inclusive, and spirituafly grounded Jewish leadership across a full range of lifecycle events. His background includes a deep expertise in both children’s and adult education, ensuring thoughtful teaching that meets individuals and communities exactly where they are. Beyond his accomplishments in Jewish studies and traditions, Rabbi Serie is also recognized as an accomplished orator and musician.
