On February 11, 2026, election results were announced during the general meeting of the Will-South Cook Soil and Water Conservation District.

Re-elected to the board is Corey Johnson of Peotone Township. Newly elected to the board was Chad Gallagher of Wilton Township, and Jake Slattery of Wilton Township.

Other directors, whose terms will expire in 2027, include Traci Jungles of Troy Township and Rob Ogalla of Will Township.
