Friends of Mokena Library Book Sale
The Friends of the Mokena Library are pleased to announce the return of their Winter Book Sale to be held at the Mokena Public Library, 11327 W. 195th St., Mokena, on Friday, Jan. 27, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This event boasts a large number of items for sale featuring a large volume of novels from many of your favorite authors. There are plenty of bargains, with most books selling for only $1, and many items are even less!
The sale features all types of books, including audio books and First Edition hardcovers. Plus cookbooks, records, puzzles, games, and a large number of DVDs and CDs — all placed on sale.
The public is encouraged to attend to browse, get a great deal, and help support the library! Current library policy states that masks are optional.
The Friends of the Mokena Library is a charitable organization that raises funds to benefit and support the Mokena Public Library and their mission. The Friends put non-tax-dollars to work to help continue the mandate of the Mokena Public Library.
