Notice is hereby given of the death of Michael J. Wuerstle, whose address was 3512 Leominster Avenue, Joliet, Illinois 60431. Letters of Office were issued on January 2, 2026 to Daniel J. Wuerstle, 2308 Waterbury Drive, Joliet, IL 60431, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is Lenita M. AuBuchon, 24402 W. Lockport Street, Suite 219, Plainfield, IL 60544.

Notice is hereby given to all unknown heirs, who are heirs or legatees of the above proceeding.

The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Will County Circuit Court Clerk, 100 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432 or with the representative, or both, on or before July 15, 2026. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed with the Circuit Clerk.
