Notice is hereby given of the death of HELEN A. HLAVKA. Letters of office were issued on APRIL 10 , 2026 to ANN M. SMITH of 407 Thames Drive, SHOREWOOD IL 60404, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is CHRISTOPHER MESSINA OF MESSINA LAW whose address is 1131 W. JEFFERSON STREET #135 SHOREWOOD IL. 60404.

Notice is hereby given to known & unknown heirs, minor or disabled persons, or legatees to this cause. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 ( 755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration with just cause after filing such a Petition in the Circuit Court. The Petitioner filed to Probate the Will and the Court granted the same.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, 3200 McDonough, Joliet, IL 60431, or with the representative, or both, on or before November 30, 2026. Any claim not filed by November 30, 2026 is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Court must be mailed or delivered to the representative and the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

E-Filing is now mandatory for documents in Probate cases with limited exemptions. To e-file follow the directives on the Will County Clerk’s website.
