Take notice that a petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, for the adoption of a child named Payton M. Forkes.
Now, therefore, unless you Deawannis Turnage, or other such unknown father, and all whom it may concern, file your answer to the Petition in said suit or otherwise file your appearance therein, in the said Circuit Court of Will County, Room 2 of the River Valley Justice Center Building at 3200 McDonough Street, in the City of Joliet, Illinois, on or before June 2, 2025, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Petition.
