NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION

OF SUBCONTRACTORS

Narvick Bros., acting as Construction Manager for the Plainfield Fire Protection District is soliciting subcontractors to submit qualifications for the upcoming Catwalk Repairs Project.

Project: Construction renovation of an exterior catwalk located at 23748 W. 135th St. Plainfield, IL 60544.

Trades (anticipated): Concrete, Structural Steel, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, and related trades.

Prequalification Required: All subcontractors must complete Narvick Bros.’ Subcontractor Prequalification Form to be eligible to bid. Bid packages will be issued to prequalified contractors only.

Submission Requirements: Qualifications shall include company information, relevant project experience, financial and bonding capacity, safety record (EMR/OSHA), workforce capacity, references, litigation and lien history, and insurance information.

Deadline: April 30th, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.

Notice: Only subcontractors deemed prequalified will be invited to bid. Narvick Bros., Inc. reserves the right to determine bidder responsibility based on submitted qualifications and past performance.

This is a publicly advertised prequalification process. All qualified contractors are encouraged to submit.
