Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 4 of the Self Storage Act of the State of Illinois, the undersigned will sell at Public Sale by competitive bidding on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 8:00 am on the premises where set property has been stored and which are Cubby Holes Mini Storage, LLC., 24614 S. US Route 52, Manhattan, IL 60442 that property described below in the matter of occupant, Eugene Barta, Storage Locker #137 locker contents.
Purchase must be made in cash only and paid for at the time of the sale. All goods are sold “AS IS” and must be removed at the time of purchase. The sale is subject to adjournment.
