NOTICE is hereby given that the East Joliet Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for purchasing 10 firefighting helmets and 17 sets of firefighting boots. Specifications may be obtained at 911 S. Briggs St., Joliet, Illinois 60433, or at https://www.ejfpd.com/. For further information, contact Fire Chief Kirk Kelly at (815) 723-1504.

Sealed Bids will be accepted at 911 S. Briggs St., Joliet, Illinois 60433, until 12:00PM on December 4, 2023. No bids shall be received at any time thereafter. Bids will be publicly opened at 9:00 AM on December 12, 2023. Award of the contract is to be considered at 4:00 PM at the January 9, 2024, Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees. The East Joliet Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the East Joliet Fire Protection District.
