CLAIM NOTICE AND NOTICE TO HEIRS

Notice is given to creditors of the death of NEIL MARTIN JAGUST. Letters of office were issued on March 21, 2024 to PAUL T. JAGUST SR., whose address is 1106 McCameron Dr., Lockport, Illinois, 60441, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Charles M. Zarzecki, Charles M. Zarzecki, P.C., 13500 Circle Drive, Suite 203, Orland Park, IL 60462.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Court House, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the representative, or both, within six months from the date of first publication of this Notice, or if mailing or a delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

Notice to Heirs

Notice is given to Joshua Jagust, Jacob Jagust, Erica Jagust, Aaron Jagust, and Diana Jagust, who are heirs in the above proceeding to probate a will whose addresses are not stated in the Petition for Admission of Will to Probate and Letters Testamentary, that an order by the court was entered on March 14, 2024, admitting the will to probate and appointing PAULT T. JAGUST SR. as the independent executor of the estate.

Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open court or other evidence, as provided in section 5/6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-21).

You also have the right under Section 5/8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission of the will to probate.

The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any independent person terminates the independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court.
