Notice is given to creditors of the death of Kham Lovan of Bolingbrook, IL. On February 3, 2026, Letters of Office as Administrator were issued to Anthony Lovan, 6608 S. 211^th Street, Kent, WA 98043 whose attorney is James Himmel, 6500 College Drive, Palos Heights, IL 60463.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office Clerk of Will County at the Will County Court House, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and his attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
