NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU, Ryan Joseph Arndt, Unknown Address, respondent, and to All Whom it May Concern: TAKE NOTICE that on 10/27/2025 a Petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 by Donna K. Hanson, in this circuit court of Will County entitled “In the Interest of “the above listed minor and that in the courtroom of Judge Carmen Goodman or any Judge sitting in her stead, in Courtroom l of the River Valley Justice Center, located at 3200 W. McDonough, Joliet, Will County, Illinois, on June l0, 2026 at 9:00 AM, or soon thereafter as this case may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the minor declared to be a ward of the court and for other relief under the Act.

THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MA Y LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
