Homer Township is accepting lease proposals to farm P.I.N. 16-05-11-400-400-025-0000 commonly known as Welter Farm, beginning the 2024 season. The Township Board will consider per acre prices for either two-year or four-year terms. Additional terms and provisions will apply. The Township will only accept written proposals on the bid forms provided by the Township.
