UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS

defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:

LOT 149 IN LINCOLNSHIRE EAST FIRST ADDITION, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF FRACTIONAL SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 14, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 11, 1978 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R7826362, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

If you do not file an Appearance and Answer/Response on time, the court my decide the case without hearing from you, and you could be held in default and lose the case.
