The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, defendants in the above entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of that certain mortgage and the modification and extension agreement conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit:
The East 330 feet of the West 770 feet of the North 660 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, in Township 33 North, and in Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Will County, Illinois
P.I.N.: 17-20-29-400-011-0000 (part of);
Commonly known as: 5 acres vacant land at Kennedy Road, Peotone, Illinois.
and which said mortgage and modification and extension agreement was made by Elvia Antunez, as Mortgagor, to Leon Issert & Anthony Issert, as Mortgagees, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Will County, Illinois on August 14, 2007 as document number R2007123111 and June 3, 2014 as document number R2014045939, respectively, and for such other prayed relief.
NOW, THEREFORE, unless you, the said defendants, file your answer to the Complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, on or before the 11th day of August, 2025, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
