Claim Notice

Notice is hereby given of the death of MARK J. TAYLOR. Letters of office were issued on April 9, 2026 to Michael G. Taylor, Jr., as independent Administrator, whose attorney is: James M. Chesloe, Ltd., whose address is 200 S Frontage Road, Suite 101, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, on the first floor of the Will County Court house located at 100 W. Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60432 or with the representative, or both, within six months of the date of first publication. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under 755 ILCS, Section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act, any interested person terminates the independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.
