NOTICE IS GIVEN of the death of KENNETH J. RICE of, Channahon, Will County, Illinois. Letters of Office as Independent Executor were issued on April 20, 2026, to CYNTHIA LUDDEN, whose address is 3402 Roseman Lane, Dekalb, IL 60115, and whose attorney is Ashley E. Bechtold of Mahoney, Silverman & Cross, LLC, 822 Infantry Drive, Suite 100, Joliet, Illinois 60435.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County at the Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before October 30, 2026 or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a Claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
