Notice is given of the death of Kathleen Broderick of Joliet, Illinois. Letters of Office as Independent Co-Executors were issued on November 22, 2023 to Terrence Broderick, whose address is 503 Lavinia Lane, Joliet, Illinois 60435; Daniel Broderick, whose address is 3618 1st Street South, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250; and Timothy Broderick, whose address is 1401 Mason Avenue, Joliet, Illinois 60435; and whose attorney is John S. Gallo, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before June 7, 2024 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
