Claim Notice and Notice to Unknown Heirs of Decedent
Notice is hereby given of the death of Jerome L. Levandowski. Letters of office were issued on June 18, 2025 to Michael A. Levandowski , whose address is 21041Rock Run Drive Joliet IL. 60431 as Independent Executor, whose attorney is Christopher Messina whose address is 1131 W. Jefferson Street #135, Shorewood IL. 60404.
Notice is hereby given to unknown heirs, minor or disabled persons, or legatees to this cause. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration with just cause after filing such a Petition in the Circuit Court. The Petitioner filed to Probate the Will and the Court granted the same.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, 100 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before January 27, 2026. Any claim not filed by January 27, 2026 is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Court must be mailed or delivered to the representative and the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
