Notice is given to Katherine Gray McFadden, Mary Gray Phillips, Cynthia Gray Wainscott, Caroline Deline Gray, Stephanie Gray, Jeffrey Gray, Matthew Gray, Antionette Gray Thompson, Heather Roesch, Kyle Miller, Bailey Muir, William Gray, David W. Gray, Gary Gray, Lisa Brown, Sherry L. Vick, unknown heirs, legatees, and creditors of the death of CRAIG ALLEN JONES, of Shorewood, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued December 10, 2025 to DAVID W. GRAY, 25106 W. Pawnee Lane, Channahon, IL 60410 as Independent Executor, whose attorney is DONALD J. GOULD, 860 Center Court, Unit D, Shorewood, Illinois 60404. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates the independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

Notice is given to all heirs, unknown heirs and legatees whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition to admit the Will to probate that an order was entered by the court on December 10, 2025 admitting the Will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ICLS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the Court within 6 months after admission of the Will to probate.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court atthe Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the Independent Executor or both, within six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the Independent Executor is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Independent Executor and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
