CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of Thomas Stingelin whose address was 401 DiLorenzo Drive, Naperville, Illinois 60565. Letters of Office were issued on January 27, 2023 to John Stingelin, whose address is 401 Dilorenzo Drive, Naperville, Illinois 60565, as Independent Administrator whose attorney is Bernard J. Toussaint, Swanson, Martin, & Bell, 2525 Cabot Drive, Suite 204, Lisle, Illinois 60532.
Notice is hereby given to unknown Heirs who are Heirs or Legatees to this cause. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60423, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 9, 2023 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
