CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the death of Marcella D. Tewes, of Will County, Illinois, who died May 12, 2024. Letters of Office were issued on August 30, 2024 to Lyle Tewes and Kurt Tewes who have been appointed Independent Co-Executors of the Estate of Marcella D. Tewes in Case No. 2024-PR-000487 pending in Will County Probate Court. The address of Independent Co-Executor Lyle Tewes is 8536 West Steger Road, Frankfort, IL 60423. The address of Independent Co-Executor Kurt Tewes is 9815 West Stuenkel Road, Frankfort, IL 60423. The Co-Executors’ attorney is Mark Varboncouer, Varboncouer Law, 8767 Laraway Road, Frankfort, IL 60423.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse at 100 West Jefferson, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the two Co-Executors (i.e., with Co Executor Lyle Tewes and Co-Executor Kurt Tewes), or with the Court and the Co-Executors, within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, on or before March 12, 2025, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after is/has been filed.
