CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of Lester N. Moore of Homer Glen, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on November 21, 2023 to Nicholas Moore, whose address is 311 SE Circle Drive, Joliet, Illinois 60433, and whose attorney is Kenneth A. Carlson, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representatives, or both, on or before June 7, 2024 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
