Notice is given of the death of Kathleen M. Schmitz of Joliet, Letters of Office were issued on January 13, 2023, to Michael J. Schmitz, whose address is 815 Rooney Drive, Joliet, Illinois 60435, and Sharon A. Frausto, whose address is 1014 Krings Lane, Joliet, Illinois 60435; and whose attorney is John S. Gallo, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representatives, or both, on or before July 26, 2023, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
