Notice is hereby given of the death of Timothy A. O’Neal, date of death being August 22, 2023. Letters of office were issued on January 2, 2024

to Timothy A. O’Neal, as Independent Administrator, whose address is 525 N.E. Crystal Street, Crystal River, FL 34428

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, at the River Valley Justice Center located at 3200 McDonough Street, in Room 002, Joliet, Ilinois, or with the representative, or both, within six months of the date of the first publication. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.

Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
