Notice is given of the death of Thao T. Nguyen. Whose address was 417 Lakeview Court, Bolingbrook, IL. 60440. Letters of Office as independent administrator were issued on January 6, 2023 to Lan Pham Cao. Address 417 Lakeview Court, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 whose attorney is ALLEN WEISSMAN.
NOTICE TO HEIRS AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to Vu Nguyen and Hai Nguyen and unknown heirs who are heirs and legatees in this cause
The estate will be administered without Court supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Will County Circuit Clerk, Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, Will County Court House, 100 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432, or with the independent administrator, or both on or before September 30, 2023. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Court Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the independent administrator and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed with the Circuit Court Clerk.
