Notice is given of the Death of Robert A. Davidson of New Lenox, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on October 26, 2023, to Cathleen R. Davidson, Executor whose attorney is Heidi Nelson of Emmett Law, P.C. 3215 E. 1969^th Road, Suite 7, Ottawa, IL 61350.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Will County Circuit Clerk Probate Division, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois on or before April 26, 2024. Any claim not filed within the time allowed is barred.

Copies of the claim filed with the clerk must be mailed to the Executor and to attorney Heidi Nelson within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
