CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given to creditors of the death of Michael B. Kaufman, of Beecher, Will County, Illinois. Letters of Administration were issued on April 10, 2023 to Kelly Morse, as Independent Administrator, whose address is 12526 Buchanan Street, Crown Point, Indiana 46307, and whose attorney of record is Wade Callahan, Arends & Callahan, 10129 S. Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60643.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative, or both on or before October 20, 2023, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
