CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given to creditors of the death of ROSSLYN RANGE. Letters of office were issued on April 21, 2025 to LINDA RANGE whose address is 305 Luana Road, Joliet, IL 60433 as Independent Executor, and whose attorney of record is Bruce L. Zumstein, 54 N. Ottawa St., Suite 360, Joliet, Illinois 60432.
Notice is given to Luana Range, who is an heir of the decedent and whose address is not stated in the petition for letters testamentary that an order was entered by the court on April 21, 2025 admitting the Last Will and Testament of John Nico dated February 8, 2006 to probate and appointing LINDA RANGE as the independent executor of the estate.
Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order of admission you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will dated February 8, 2006 in open court or other evidence, as provided in section 5/6-2 I of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-2I). You also have the right under section 5/8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the will dated February 8, 2006 by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission to probate of the will dated February 8, 2006.
The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4), any interested person tenninates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to tenninate to the clerk.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, Probate Division, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representa tive, or both on or before November 18, 2025 or, if mailing or delivery of notice from the representative is required by section I 8-3 of the Probate Act of I 975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within IO days after it has been filed.
