Notice is given of the death of Jean Marie Bell of Lockport, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on November 6, 2023 to Diane Cotter, whose address is 904 Maryville Drive, Lockport, Illinois 60441, and whose attorney is Richard E. Vogel, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before May 16, 2024 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
