CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of Daniel M. Keigher, of Joliet, Illinois, who died on October 23, 2023, and that Letters of office were issued to Michael Keigher, 18856 Carrie Ct., Mokena, IL 60448, as Independent Representative, whose attorney of record is Suzanne Kelliher, Esq., 4 Westbrook Corp. Ctr, Suite 100, Westchester, IL 60154.
Claims against the estate may be efiled with the Will County Circuit Clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before November 27, 2024, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not efiled on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim efiled with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been efiled.
