CLAIM NOTICE

Notice is given to creditors of the death of Eldon M. Huenerberg of Beecher, IL. Letters of Office were issued on October 17, 2023, to Sherrie L. Madura of 1423 Wellington Terrace, Munster, IN  46321, and whose attorney ofrecord is Steven Tongren of P.O. Box 519, Peotone, IL 60468. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Will County, Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60431 or with the representative, or both, on or before the 15th day of May, 2024, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3, the date stated in that notice.

Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
