Claim Notice

Notice is hereby given of the death of Brenda L. Hatfield. Letters of office were issued on October 17, 2023 to Danielle R. Hatfield, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney is James M. Chesloe whose address is 5650 S. Brainard Avenue, Suite 250, Countryside, IL 60525

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, on the 1st floor of the Will County Court house, located at 100 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60432 or with the representative, or both, on or before May 30, 2024, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the Representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.

The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under 755 ILCS, Section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act, any interested person terminates the independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk.
