Notice is given of the death of Beverly J. Sitar of Crest Hill, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on July 8, 2024 to Karen S. Nawa, whose address is 1713 Mayfield Avenue, Joliet, Illinois 60435, and whose attorney is John S. Gallo, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before January 18, 2025 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
