2023, 2024- FARM LEASE
Instructions to Bidders with a copy of the proposed Land Lease, a farm plat property exhibit illustrating approximate available acreage together farming with restrictions and locations may be obtained for the above stated bid offering at the offices of the City of Morris, 700 N Division St , Morris Il 60450, Office of the City Clerk, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except legal holidays Bid packages can be obtained and sealed bid submittals will be accepted until 9:00 a.m. C.S.T., March 3, 2023. A formal bid opening will be held on March 3, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. CST in the City Council Chambers, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Award will be given on the basis of the highest total bid price package submitted by a responsible bidder. The City of Morris retains the right to waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids.
