Claim Notice
Notice is hereby given of the death of Christine Marie Mouser, date of death being December 21, 2024. Letters of office were issued on February 18, 2025, to David E. Mouser, as Independent Administrator, whose address is 1000 S. Idaho Road, Number 1481, Apache Junction, AZ 85119.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, at the Will County Court House located at 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the Administrator, or both, within six months of the date of the first publication. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.
Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Administrator and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
