CLAIM NOTICE

Notice is given of the death of Ruth E. Sparks of New Lenox, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on May 4, 2026 to Richard A. Sparks, whose address is 10542 S. Tod Drive, Palos Hills, Illinois 60465, and to Roxanne Sparks-Sammarco, whose address is 526 Park Plaine Avenue, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068, and whose attorney is John S. Gallo, Tracy, Johnson & Wilson, 2801 Black Road, Second Floor, Joliet, Illinois 60435.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before November 14, 2026 and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
