Notice is given of the death of Abigail Chihota, of Plainfield, Illinois, who died on October 3, 2025, and that Letters of office were issued to Bigguy Chihota, 16412 Hannon Lane, Plainfield, Illinois, 60586, as Independent Representative, whose attorney of record is Suzanne Kelliher, Esq., 2100 Clearwater Drive, Suite 350, Oak Brook, IL, 60523.

Claims against the estate may be efiled with the Will County Circuit Clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before May 24, 2026, unless a notice from the representative has been is.sued pursuant to section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, then on or before the date stated in that notice. Any claim not efiled on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim efiled with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been efiled.
