PUBLICATION NOTICE OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION TO UNKNOWN HEIRS AND LEGATEES, CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS: Letters of office were issued on October 1, 2025 to Fred Ciocci, as Independent Executor, 320 Ashley Dr., New Lenox, IL 60451 whose Attorney is Benjamin P. Hyink of the Hyink Law Firm, 1240 N. Cedar Rd, Unit E, New Lenox, IL 60451 (815) 478-9630.

Claims against the Estate may be filed in the office of Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Fred Ciocci, as Independent Executor, or with the Attorney, or both, on or before April 30, 2026. Any claim not filed by April 30, 2026 will be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the Attorney within 10 days after it has been filed with the Circuit Court Clerk.

The Estate will be administrated without Court supervision unless an interested party terminates independent administration by filing a petition to terminate under Article XXVIII 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4)
