Notice is given of the death of Patrick Andersen, of Joliet, Illinois, who died on July 16, 2025, and that Letters of office were issued to Gerald Andersen, 146 Valley Dr., Bolingbrook, IL, 60440, as Independent Representative, whose attorney of record is Suzanne Kelliher, Esq., 2100 Clearwater Drive, Suite 350, Oak Brook, IL, 60523.
Claims against the estate may be efiled with the Will County Circuit Clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before June 10, 2026, unless a notice from the representative has been issued pursuant to section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, then on or before the date stated in that notice. Any claim not efiled on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim efiled with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been efiled.
