Notice is hereby given of the death of Rudolph J. Mandat, Jr., date of death being October 8, 2025. Letters of office were issued on February 18, 2026, to John T. Fitzpatrick, as Independent Executor, whose address is 680 W. Main Street, Braidwood, IL 60408.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois, at the River Valley Justice Center located at 3208 W. McDonough Street, Joliet, IL 60431, or with the Executor, or both, within six months of the date of the first publication. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.

Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Executor and to the Attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
