CLAIM NOTICE

 

NOTICE IS GIVEN to the creditors of the death of CAROLYN R. TROHA. Letters of office were issued to MICHELLE A. BLENCK, 910 Alann Drive, Joliet, Illinois 60435, as Independent Executor whose attorney of record is RANDAL J. MILLER, of DUNN, MARTIN & MILLER, LTD, 15 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 300, Joliet, Illinois, 815-726-7311; 815-726-2644 (fax).

 

The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Sta. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28/-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a Petition to Terminate to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois.

 

Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk 1^st floor, Will County Circuit Court, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432 or River Valley Justice Center, 3208 McDonough Street, Joliet, Illinois 60436 or with the representative or both on or before the 18^th day of June, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
