CLAIM NOTICE

Notice is given to creditors of the death of Erika M. Price, of Peotone, Will County, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on November 17, 2025 to Joseph Price, as Independent Executor, whose address is 30313 S. Egyptian Trail, Peotone, IL 60468, and whose attorney of record is Wade Callahan, Arends & Callahan, 119 N. Second Street, P.O. Box 92, Peotone, IL 60468.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 West Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432, or with the representative, or both on or before May 27, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by 755 ILCS 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
